PURPOSE OF THE LEGAL BASIC PROCESSING AND PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED:
The aforementioned Data Controller will process your personal data or provided by you (including particular categories and personal data relating to criminal record) contained in the curriculum vitae and other communications that you have sent us for the purposes related to recruiting and for personnel selection and in particular:
a) To proceed with the verification of the skills necessary for the possible recruitment or for the possible start of a working collaboration with the Owner, as well as for purposes related or instrumental to carry out the research and selection of candidates;
b) Fulfillment of legal or contractual obligations;
c) For any assessment, exercise or defense of a right in a court;
d) For statistical analysis, also in aggregate form.

METHODS AND PRINCIPLES OF TREATMENT
The treatment will take place in compliance with the GDPR and the Legislative Decree n. 196/03 (Privacy Code) as amended by Legislative Decree n. 101/18, as well as the principles of lawfulness, correctness and transparency, adequacy and relevance, with paper and electronic methods, by persons authorized by the Data Controller and with the adoption of adequate protection measures, in order to guarantee safety and data confidentiality.
Necessity of the provision: the provision of personal and contact data (common personal data) is necessary for the correct execution of the contract. No fully automated decision-making process will be carried out in the processing of your personal data.

LEGAL BASIS OF THE DATA PROCESSING
• art. 6 paragraph 1 letter. b) GDPR: execution of the contract or execution of pre-contractual measures.
• art. 6 paragraph 1 letter. c) GDPR: from the legal obligations to which the Data Controller is required.
• art. 6 paragraph 1 letter. f) GDPR: legitimate interest of the Data Controller.

DATA CONSERVATION PERIOD
Taking into account the purposes for which they were collected, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimization, pursuant to art. 5 of the GDPR, the data will be kept for the necessary time to fulfill the purposes indicated. In particular, all personal data will be kept for a period not exceeding thirty-six months from their receipt, without prejudice to the legal, accounting or tax obligations or the existence of legal protection needs of the Data Controller in which case the data will be kept until the end of the statutory prescription of rights arising by virtue of the relationship or otherwise required by law.

COMMUNICATION, DIFFUSION AND TRANSFER OF DATA - SUBJECTS AUTHORIZED TO PROCESS AND RECIPIENTS OF DATA:
The personal data processed may be communicated by the Data Controller to natural and / or legal persons, public and / or private, appointed to carry out activities to which the Data Controller is required on the basis of legal obligations and /or community provisions, legal provisions or regulation or contract, or in cases where the communication is necessary or functional for the performance of the activity of the Data Controller (for example: lawyer, accountant and other freelancers used by the owner to carry out his business, Group company and / or subsidiaries, parent companies or otherwise connected to the Owner, companies that take care of IT maintenance, Public Bodies, Financial Administration, Police Bodies, Judicial Authorities, Chamber of Commerce and the like). Where necessary or appropriate, the subjects to whom the data will be transmitted or communicated to carry out activities on behalf of the Data Controller will be appointed as Data Processors pursuant to art. 28 GDPR, while the subjects acting under the direct authority of the owner will be duly authorized pursuant to art. 29 GDPR. There is no transfer of data outside the EU and, should the same be done, the transfer of data outside the EU will take place in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, subject to the stipulation of the standard contractual clauses provided by the European Commission. The owner reserves the right to use cloud services and, in this case, the service providers will be selected from those who provide adequate guarantees in compliance with Articles. 44 - 50 GDPR.
Distribution: Your personal data will not be disclosed.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY:
As an interested party, all the rights specified by articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 GDPR are guaranteed, including:
• Request the Data Controller to access, correct and delete your personal data;
• Update or, when interested, integrate your data;
• The transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those which do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
• Request the limitation of the processing of data concerning them or to oppose their processing;
• Exercise your right to data portability;
• Submit a complaint to the Supervisory Authority (Guarantor for the protection of personal data – www.garanteprivacy.it).
