Since 1998, the Carlo Maresca Group operates, with great success, in tertiary and productive building field, both as an investor and as a promoter for large industrial groups and organized distribution.

The tertiary building, which is now followed by Cantieri Italiani Srl, is a key reality for the holding and has to its credit 20 large projects, including Abruzzo, Emilia-Romagna, Tuscany and Calabria, with over 280,000 square meters built and works amounting to 190 million Euros.

The success of these ventures is due to approaching complex projects with passion and professionalism in order to meet any issue, which in Italy accompanies every great accomplishment.

With over 180 million Euros of works, the hospitality building sector is one of the main specializations of the Carlo Maresca Group, who, even in this sector, decided to follow the entire production process: site identification, design and implementation of the complete works including furniture, kits, equipment and maintenance. The structure management is operated by Bluserena Spa, with great customer satisfaction.

Cantieri Italiani Srl runs, according to the “turn-key” business model, design and construction of new hotel structures and renovation of existing ones. Each intervention is followed in every detail with special care of space’s accessibility, new technologies and alternative energy.

The Carlo Maresca Group started its business in the early sixties with the construction of residential buildings. From the beginning to nowadays more than 38 complexes have been built and sold with a total of 2,600 apartments.

Cantieri Italiani Srl, in recent years, has upgraded neighborhoods and enhanced entire urban areas, with a focus on environmental and energy sustainability. Each project is curated in its smallest detail: from the “initial concept” until furniture design.

The Carlo Maresca Group is focused in ensuring the customer a “beautiful and durable” product, but above all offering the highest energy efficiency possible. And, as for all other projects, also in the residential area the entire production process is managed internally.
