The location is in the north-west area of Milan, in Via Ippodromo n.8 near the Meazza stadium, a prestigious area with a strong residential potential, characterized by the presence of large green areas.
The project has passed the examination of the commission for the landscape of the city of Milan and it is in progress the preliminary investigation for the issue of the Building Permit, we estimate that work can start by spring 2019.
The architectural concept, designed by architect Gian Maria Beretta, pursues on one hand the objective of finding scale relationships with the surrounding building context, adapting the heights to the neighboring buildings, on the other hand it finds large-scale relationships with the development in vertical of the city, with a residential tower with simple and rigorous geometric shapes, elegantly inserted in the lot and in the landscape.
