Maurizio Maresca

Overlooking the administrative, financial and legal areas of the Group, since the late 90’s he manages the residential real estate development. Maurizio firstly perceived the huge potential of renewable energy, managed nowadays together with Fabio.

Silvio Maresca

Since 1988 Silvio leads the hotel management and development. CEO of Bluserena Spa, he was responsible for the successful development of hotel business model, still under his supervision.

Simona Maresca

After directing the resorts business, presently runs the Group farm, the agricultural society Bluserra.

Fabio Maresca

In the early 90’s Fabio guessed the opportunities related to the development of large-scale retail trade, which he still continues to lead, along with the construction and renewable energy industries.

FER 2019, Maresca Group first operator for authorized and priced MW in the two-year period 2019-2021

The Maresca Group has concluded the series of auctions reserved for plants for the production of electricity from renewable sources relating to the 2019 FER Decree by authorizing and auctioning 377 MW of photovoltaic and wind plants, all developed in the central-southern area of Italy and being the first operator per MW authorized and priced in the two-year period 2019-2021.

2021- Bluserena is acquired by the Spanish Azora Fund. A great opportunity for the growth of Bluserena and the Maresca Group.

In November 2021, Carlo Maresca Spa sold its entire stake in Bluserena spa to the Spanish Azora Fund. The Fund saw in Bluserena the most interesting Italian management platform and a great development tool.
