OVER 50 YEARS EXPERIENCE
The Carlo Maresca Group started as a real estate and residential construction company and, in its first fifty years of activity, produced and sold more than 2,600 apartments across Italy.
Since the mid 90’s, Cantieri Italiani Srl, has built, directly and on behalf of the major field companies, over 280,000 square meters of buildings for commercial, business and production purposes and realized photovoltaic and Eolic plants for a total of
70 MW energy power and a production of over 120 million kWh. From the very first steps until now, the Group range of achievements offered by the Carlo Maresca Group in real estate has been greatly enlarged and includes:

VERTICAL INTEGRATION
Construction costs are defined in the first stage and will remain unvaried until delivery of the property. In 50 years of construction we never had a dispute with our clients concerning costs, timing and quality of the output. Our corporate culture is aimed to offer certainty to our customers. For over two-thirds of the realized ventures, we have been our own customers and have therefore developed a strong problem solving aptitude, no issue is to be transferred to our clients.
The Carlo Maresca Group follows with professionalism and absolute transparency the whole permits release process, enabling construction and running of planned activities and, in its history, has always been appreciated as an excellent partner both from Public Administration and private customers. For 50 years, with great pride, we carried out all activities in full compliance with legislative and tax regulations.
Today the Carlo Maresca Group is able to ensure, with excellent results, both new construction and renovations or requalification of existing building assets.
This activity has been fine-tuned through the years thanks to the experience in maintaining hospitality structures and energy production plants, resulting in a corporate culture where construction is designed to guarantee an efficient maintenance.
