The Maresca Group has concluded the series of auctions reserved for plants for the production of electricity from renewable sources relating to the 2019 FER Decree by authorizing and auctioning 377 MW of photovoltaic and wind plants, all developed in the central-southern area of Italy and being the first operator per MW authorized and priced in the two-year period 2019-2021.
In November 2021, Carlo Maresca Spa sold its entire stake in Bluserena spa to the Spanish Azora Fund. The Fund saw in Bluserena the most interesting Italian management platform and a great development tool.
