2021- Bluserena is acquired by the Spanish Azora Fund. A great opportunity for the growth of Bluserena and the Maresca Group.
In November 2021, Carlo Maresca Spa sold its entire stake in Bluserena spa to the Spanish Azora Fund. The Fund saw in Bluserena the most interesting Italian management platform and a great development tool.
